Cooking a delicious hearty Buffalo Tempeh Ranch Salad from one of my favorite blogs IsaChandra.com, from the divine Isa Chandra Moskowitz, one of the best vegan cookbook authors out there.
This salad was hearty and delicious for a hot summer night's meal. I did go buy more tempeh and whip up another batch of buffalo style tempeh so we could have the salad for lunches later in the week.
